About Us

Project Wingspan is an inheritance initiative jointly launched by dozens of financial institutions, start-ups, and publicly listed companies. It is designed for teenagers aged 15 to 22. Through portfolio management, curated content sharing, on-site company internships, and various online and offline activities, the program aims to help young individuals enrich their experiences, enhance their cognition, and expand their network during critical periods of their lives. The program inspires them to explore their interests, plan their careers, and prepare for succession and relay in key moments of their lives. Our program serves as a complementary supplement to traditional school education and family upbringing. We firmly believe that enhancing cognition is crucial for expanding one’s aspirations and capabilities. Project Wingspan inherits multiple dimensions of “cognition” from successful individuals and seamlessly integrates these understandings with practical experiences.
