We not only learn about investments and technology, but also engage in thinking, discussing, and planning with our cadets.
We invite cadets to join the investment committee of top financial institutions, where they participate in quarterly meetings to understand the concept of asset allocation and balance the proportion of conservative assets and risk assets. In terms of venture capital, we invite cadets to conduct on-site company research and financial data analysis, resulting in investment committee reports and investment decisions.
Every year, we invite 6-10 elite professionals from various industries to become our Elite Mentors. They share their entrepreneurial stories and decrypt the most promising technological directions, helping cadets understand how to create wealth.
Cadets have the opportunity for one-on-one mentorship matching. Our team of life mentors and career mentors serves as Study Mentors, maintaining close communication with cadets, organizing gatherings and offline study trips, and facilitating online sharing sessions. This approach allows us to focus on individual needs and achieve the best learning outcomes.
Experience
To unlock the potential of cadets, they must be allowed to soar in a broader world.
Within a span of seven years, we provide our cadets with two matching internship opportunities. The first internship opportunity is at a top-tier financial investment institution, laying the foundation for investment and asset management. The second internship opportunity is at a technology-driven startup, allowing cadets to learn about emerging technologies while emphasizing the methodologies and practical aspects of enterprise management.
These two internship experiences complement each other, providing cadets with valuable insights and references for their academic and professional choices, as well as their interests and career paths.
Upon completion of the internships, cadets will receive recommendation letters jointly written by the internship companies and Project Wingspan, and they may have the chance to secure full-time job opportunities. Alternatively, they can choose to pursue further education at prestigious universities after their internships.

Group Chats: We organize visits and learning activities to multiple top companies and provide opportunities for face-to-face exchanges between capital market experts, industry stars, and our cadets. We will gradually unlock collaborations with listed companies and Hong Kong family businesses.
Companion Learning Program: Cadets have already established a strong network through the investment committee, study groups, and study trips. We have also launched the Companion Learning Program, where each cadet can recommend their own “academic achiever” who can undergo an interview process to directly join the project.
