Yang LIU

CIO, Atlantis Investment & Founding partner of G70 Global Family Office


Yang is currently the Chairperson and Chief Investment Officer of the Atlantis Investment Management Group who is equipped with over 30 years of experience in investing within the Greater China region. Yang has been recognized by the business industry as a leading Chinese investor. She is a rare fund investment manager with a Chinese local education background and state-owned business management experience, as well as professional training in western financial systems and practical marketing experience. In 2001, Yang was Head of China Equities at First State Investment Management (HK). Prior to that, Yang served as Investment Head at CMG CH China Investment Ltd from 1992 to 2001, a joint venture institution between CITIC Group and Commonwealth Bank of Australia, managing the world's first closed-ended China Fund listed on the Sydney Stock Exchange for nearly a decade. She started her career at CITIC Group in Beijing in 1988 and graduated in the same year from the Central University of Finance and Investment in Beijing with a Bachelor in Economics. She then received a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment from the Securities Institute of Australia in 1998. Now she is pursuing a financial engineering doctorate in PBC School of Finance, Tsinghua University.


Danny Yeung

Danny Yeung is the Co-Founder of Prenetics and has served as Chief Executive Officer since its inception in 2014. Mr. Yeung’s journey into healthcare started as a way to utilize his extensive entrepreneurial career into making an impact for society. Mr. Yeung’s vision from day 1 was to always turn Prenetics into a global health company, recruiting the best talent, and to give everyone the power to be in control of their own health.

Prior to Prenetics, Mr. Yeung was a Founding Partner at SXE Ventures, having led multiple investments in genetic testing companies and in Honey Science, which was acquired by Paypal for US $4 billion in 2019. Mr. Yeung had also founded uBuyiBuy in 2010, which was subsequently acquired by Groupon. Prior to leaving Groupon in early 2014, Mr. Yeung served as CEO of Groupon East Asia, leading it to be the largest e-commerce company in the region. Mr. Yeung’s entrepreneurial journey started at the age of 25 when he ventured into franchising Hong Kong dessert chain “Hui Lau Shan” into the USA. After exiting Hui Lau Shan, Mr. Yeung successfully ventured into hospitality furniture and executed multi-million-dollar projects with MGM globally. Mr. Yeung’s life motto is “Play Hard, Work Harder”.

Before entering the private banking sector, Linda Yao worked at KPMG Hong Kong, one of the Big Four accounting firms, providing tax consulting for corporate cross-border mergers and acquisitions and high-net-worth clients. Mr. Chibo Tang, Managing Partner of Gobi has been investing in tech startups in China for nearly 15 years. Thomas Tang

Founcder & CEO, InSpace

Thomas Tang, the former general manager of Tencent User Experience Design Center and vice president of Xiaomi Ecological Chain, Tang Mu, with his precise industry insight and trend selection, became a significant driving force behind the rapid growth of both companies. While at Tencent, he founded the User Experience Design Center (CDC), responsible for the user experience of internet products used by hundreds of millions of users, and cultivated a group of design talents who entered the core management of multiple internet enterprises. After joining Xiaomi, he led the core R&D team to pioneer the smart home ecology, launching super hits such as the "Xiao'ai Speaker" and "Xiaomi Router" with sales exceeding 100 million units. Joseph Lang

Luke Ji

Mr. Ji is the Chairman and CEO of G70 Global Family Office. He is currently pursuing a doctoral degree in Management at the University of Hong Kong, holds a master's degree in Economics from Peking University, and a bachelor's degree in Management from Renmin University of China. Andy Chen

Mr. Andy Chen has over 24 years of experience in the global financial industry.

Mr. Chen successively founded DL Securities and DL Family Office. From 2012 to 2015, he served as the responsible person of DL Securities (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. involving Type 4 (advising on securities) and Type 6 (advising on corporate finance) regulated activities under the Securities and Futures Ordinance, and from 2013 to 2015 served as a responsible officer of DL Securities (Hong Kong) Limited involving Type 1 (dealing in securities) regulated activities under the Securities and Futures Ordinance. During the above period, he participated in various global capital market projects.

From February 2015 to August 2015, Mr. Chen served as a non-executive director of Great China Financial Holdings Limited (formerly known as Great China Industrial Holdings Limited) (stock code 431.HK) and was subsequently redesignated as an executive director and appointed Chief Executive Officer of the company until his resignation in June 2016. Mr. Chen served as the executive director and founding member of Bohua Capital Fund and Bozhi Capital Fund (both private equity companies). He previously worked in the Global Investment Banking Department of HSBC Hong Kong, the Capital Markets Department of HSBC Group London, and the Bond Markets Department of HSBC Hong Kong.

Derek Chen

Derek graduated with honors from Shanghai Jiao Tong University for his bachelor's degree and Newcastle University in the UK for his postgraduate degree. Derek currently works at Dragonstone Capital, a leading diversified asset management company in Hong Kong, as Executive Director and Head of Private Equity. Emmanuel Hui

Emmanuel HUI was the founding CEO of Moogene, from zero to IPO (Konex: 322970). Afterwards, he was a Principal managing healthcare exposure at Sagamore, a China-only USD fund of funds with about $800.0m in asset value. He then founded Pentepebble and merged it with Tiger Jade to form the current Accelerator. HUI currently sits on multiple Boards, including the HK Hospital Authority Central IRB (Pediatrics), Opharmic, Tonisity China; serves as an advisor to the HK Life Sciences Society, Thrive Bioscience; and is a Line Producer for H1Music Limited having worked on various film projects and with the HK Philharmonic Orchestra.

Le Di

Ms. Le joined CMBI (China Merchants Bank International) in March 2017 and is currently an Executive Director at CMBI, responsible for the firm's SPAC business and overseas fund investment projects. As the founder, Chief Operating Officer and Executive Director, Ms. Le spearheaded the launch of Hong Kong's first Special Purpose Acquisition Company (Hong Kong SPAC: 07836), which has announced a merger transaction with ZG Group. Additionally, Ms. Le has led multiple transactions in China's new economy sectors, including investments in JD Logistics (Hong Kong: 02618), Xiaomi Group (Hong Kong: 01810) and Tencent Music Entertainment Group (NYSE: TME). She has maintained close collaboration with CMBI's healthcare team, involved in deals such as Burning Rock Biotech (NASDAQ: BNR) and Biocytogen (02315.HK). Ms. Le has also led several Southeast Asian market transactions from a China perspective, such as Grab Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: GRAB). Prior to CMBI, Ms. Le worked at Daiwa SB Investments (Hong Kong) Limited (formerly Sumitomo Mitsui DS Asset Management (Hong Kong) Limited) from June 2016 to March 2017, and at China Merchants Asset Management (Hong Kong) Limited (a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Merchants Fund Management Co., Ltd.) as an Associate Manager from August 2015 to May 2016. Ms. Le holds Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of California, Irvine, and Master's degree in Economics from the University of Hong Kong. Lily Gao

Wealth Management, HK investment bank

Lily graduated from the City University of Hong Kong with a Master of Science degree in Applied Economics. Prior to that, they graduated from Shenzhen University with dual bachelor's degrees in Mathematics and Applied Mathematics, as well as Finance. Lily is currently employed in the Wealth Management division of a leading foreign investment bank in Hong Kong, where she has extensive experience in areas such as asset allocation and family business succession. Before joining the foreign investment bank, she was previously employed in the Asset Management department at CMBI (China Merchants Bank International), where she was responsible for assisting in fundraising, client maintenance, and investments in overseas VC/PE projects. She has participated in investment projects involving Tencent Music, JD Logistics, ByteDance, and Xiaomi, among others. Lily has frequently participated in the "Next Gen" training programs organized by the foreign investment bank, where under the guidance of experts, she led a group of young trainees in learning courses on entrepreneurship and corporate succession, providing the next generation with ideas on wealth management. During their tenure at CMBI, the mentor also led multiple interns to assist and participate in investment, financing, and exit activities. She is diligent, responsible, and sincere in her approach. Ron Wang

Mr. Ron graduated with honors from Northwestern University in the United States and was named to the Dean's List. He is currently employed in the Direct Investment department of a leading Chinese investment bank in Hong Kong, with over 10 years of extensive experience in areas such as equity investments, debt financing, and M&A transactions, from the buy-side, sell-side, and professional institution perspectives. Prior to his transition into the financial investment field, Ron was previously employed at the Hong Kong offices of two top-tier U.S. law firms, serving as a licensed U.S. attorney focused on PE/M&A and debt financing. Over the past several years, Ron has worked as a senior career planning mentor at several leading career counseling platforms, cumulatively helping over 500 young people, whether still in school or just entering the workforce, with career planning. Through Resume/CV coaching, interview skill enhancement, professional networking and relationship management, workplace emotional intelligence and emotional management, as well as time management and multi-tasking skills, he has assisted his students in securing their dream job offers and rapidly improving their performance in high-intensity work environments. In his resume coaching, leveraging his extensive experience as a part-time headhunter over the past few years, Ron has reviewed over 1,500 resumes of job seekers in the finance, investment, and legal markets. He has rich experience in resume editing and enhancement, and is also very familiar with the latest job market dynamics in locations such as Hong Kong, Shenzhen, Beijing, and Shanghai.
